Weekend Roundup

We had an excellent weekend! First we went to a wedding on Friday (without the kids) which was a great occasion to see friends and stay out until nearly midnight. Saturday we took the kids to swim class in the morning then went to the lilac festival. They liked seeing music on the kids stage, Leila got up and danced along. They also went on some rides, Leila made sand art and got a temporary tattoo of a butterfly. Sunday we went to Mother's day brunch at Simply Crepes then spent some time planting in our new garden. (would you trust L with a hose?)
